Creating Your First Order
Step 1: Create New Order
Start a new order for your selected vendor
- Choose the vendor you want to order from
- Select the delivery date and time
- Add any special instructions or notes
- Review vendor requirements (minimum order, lead time)
Step 2: Add Products
Select items from your vendor's product list
- Browse products by category or search by name
- Add quantities for each item you need
- Check current prices and availability
- Review pack sizes and unit conversions
Step 3: Review Order
Check totals and verify everything is correct
- Review item quantities and prices
- Check total order amount and delivery fees
- Verify delivery date and special instructions
- Make any final adjustments before sending
Step 4: Send Order
Submit the order using your preferred method
- Choose delivery method (phone, email, online)
- Send order to vendor contact
- Receive confirmation and order number
